Champions of 5th wave emo, The Yacht Club offer unique blend of delicate fingerstyle guitars and technical flurries. Theyre math rock meets midwest emo, with a sound like a fist fight between American Football and Jimmy Eat World, all written by City and Colour.
STUDENT SLASHER FILM
Pioneers of midwest-yorkshire emo, this gang of Leeds lovelies have had a whale of a time supporting the likes of Michael Cera Palin and Prince Daddy and the Hyena. Expect catchy yet complex riffs, driving rhythms, and larynx-ripping vocals that straddle emo, post-hardcore, indie rock, and punk.
